Silver Oud opens dry and woody on patchouli, cypriol and cedar, then Assam oud takes the centre with vanilla rounding off its edges. Ambrarome, birch and castoreum give the base an animalic, tarry depth. Smooth and earthy rather than barnyard, which makes it one of the more approachable ouds in the Library Collection.
