The story

Rose water and balsam, Roman-style.

Cinnamon leads and does not let go — two kinds of it, lifted briefly by mandarin and green calamus. Nutmeg, pimento and white pepper build the spice further, with Bulgarian rose the only softening. Myrrh, olibanum and opoponax finish it resinous and smoky.

How it wears

Top notes greet you, the heart settles in over the first hour, and the base is what stays on skin at the end of the evening.
