Every bottle we sell is authentic. Here is how we make sure of it, why some of our houses carry a mark the others don't, and how your order reaches you.

Who we are

Fragrapedia Haus is the retail storefront of Dhub95 (Design Hub 95 LLC), the official North American distributor for twenty-one niche perfume houses. Dhub95 imports directly from those houses and supplies retailers across the United States and Canada; Fragrapedia Haus is where you can buy from that same stock directly.

Two ways a bottle reaches you

Houses Dhub95 distributes

For twenty-one houses — from Sospiro and Nobile 1942 to Filippo Sorcinelli and Kajal — Dhub95 is the importer of record: bottles come directly from the house, we hold the stock ourselves, and we supply other retailers from it. On this site those products carry the mark Distributed by us. It tells you the shortest possible route — maker, us, you.

Everything else we carry

The rest of our catalogue — Amouage, Xerjoff, Memo Paris and the others — we source through the brands' authorized distribution channels. These are the same channels a department store would use. Nothing on our shelves comes from the grey market, from parallel importers, or from any source we cannot trace back to the house.

What the mark does and doesn't mean

The Distributed by us mark describes our relationship with a house. It does not rank the authenticity of what we sell: a bottle without the mark is exactly as genuine as one with it. It carries the same guarantee and went through the same checks before it shipped.

Our guarantee

If a fragrance you buy from us is ever shown not to be authentic, we refund it in full, including shipping both ways. We have never had to.

Before it ships

Every order is checked by hand — seal, batch code, packaging — before it leaves us. Stock is kept out of light and heat. Testers are never sold as retail bottles.

Shipping to the US and Canada

We hold stock in two warehouses, one in the United States and one in Canada, and we ship to both countries. For Canadian orders, any customs charges or import duties are covered by us — if a carrier ever asks you to pay something on delivery, send us the receipt and we refund it. There is no minimum order for this; it applies to every Canadian order.

Samples

Every order ships with two to four samples, chosen from the houses we carry and scaled to what you spend. Tell us at checkout if you'd like something specific.
