In short: by using fragrapedia.com you agree to these terms. We do our best to keep prices and descriptions accurate but may correct errors; we can refuse or limit orders; and disputes are governed by Texas law. Returns are covered by our Refund policy and your data by our Privacy policy.

This website is operated by Fragrapedia Haus (Design Hub 95 LLC), 3841 50th Street, Suite B, Lubbock, Texas 79413, USA. "We", "us" and "our" mean Fragrapedia Haus. The store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By visiting the site or buying from us you accept these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms by posting changes here; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

3. Using the site

• We try to show colours and packaging accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
• We may limit quantities per person, household or order, and may limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.
• Products sold online may be available in limited quantities and are returnable only under our Refund policy.

5. Orders and billing

We may refuse or cancel any order. If we change or cancel one we will try to contact you using the details you gave at checkout. You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information and to keep it updated so we can complete your order and reach you if needed.

6. Errors and omissions

Occasionally a page may contain a typographical error or inaccuracy — in a description, price, promotion, shipping charge or availability. We may correct such errors and cancel affected orders without prior notice, including after you have placed an order. We are not obliged to update information on the site except where the law requires it.

12. Severability, waiver and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a right does not waive it. These terms and the policies posted on this site are the entire agreement between you and us about the site, and replace any earlier agreements. Ambiguities are not to be read against the drafter.

13. Termination

These terms apply until ended by you or us. You may stop using the site at any time. We may end the agreement and deny access if we believe you have breached it; you remain liable for anything owed up to that date. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.

14. Governing law

These terms and any purchase from us are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
