The bakers' guild, the Arte Bianca.

Cinnamon and clove open warm before gingerbread, candied fruit and wheat fill the middle. Vanilla, amber and soft woods close it. Named for the bakers of medieval Florence, whose apprentices carried loaves through the streets on boards balanced on their heads. Black reeds included.
